To our valued clients,
I want to provide you all an update about how we are managing risks associated with the COVID-19 outbreak. First and foremost, our number one priority is keeping our clients, our employees and their families safe.
For that reason, I along with our management team, have decided to suspend all production activity, effective immediately.
We want to reassure you that we have a thorough business continuity plan, which leverages our remote-capable resources to ensure maintenance and construction services are up and running as soon as possible.
Obviously, this was not an easy decision, but I feel strongly that it was the only responsible one to make. We will continue to follow the Center for Disease Control and World Health Organization guidelines and recommendations to prevent the further spread of the virus. We have shared instructions with all employees on the importance of these guidelines. We do, however, also feel strongly that at this point, asking ALL employees to stay home is the right thing to do. To that end, we continue to stress to everyone that “staying home” does not mean the same as “time off”.
Our management team has been directed to conduct a thorough explanation to employees of why we have chosen this course of action. We all agree that setting an example that others will, hopefully, follow is paramount to all of us returning to some sense of normalcy. Each and every one of our employees will understand that STAYING HOME is meant in the most literal of terms.
Unfortunately, it is impossible for us to build walls, plant trees, edge beds and/or cut grass remotely, so I ask you all to be patient with us as we work through this challenging time together. As you all know, our goal is to always exceed your expectations, and I’m confident that we will continue to do so once we all have a better understanding and subsequent “plan of attack” in dealing with this.
Please do not hesitate to reach out to your project manager anytime to discuss questions or concerns you may have.
As changes rapidly evolve, notices will be posted on our Facebook and Instagram pages, so please check there for the latest updates.
In the meantime, thank you all for your continued support and understanding.
Stay home, stay healthy, and WASH YOUR HANDS!
